Roman from Ukraine

A few months ago a new foreign student arrived to the UPRM Math Department. For our surprise, this new student came straight from Ukraine. When I found out a student from Ukraine was coming to Mayaguez, well I have to admit I didn't knew what to expect because to be honest I don't know that much about Ukraine. Well the thing is that he turned out to be a pretty cool guy. His name is Roman Kvasov and he is in the Applied Math program. I just think it is a great thing that people over the world who share the same interests get to know each other and share their knowledge and culture. Its been a great experience to work with him and I look forward to getting to learn a lot more about his culture and who knows maybe a little Russian hehehe. Here is his webpage (math.uprm.edu/~roman) so you can see who I'm talking about. Peace out Roman and welcome to PR dude.
